Syllabus will undertake the full refurbishment of an old hotel into a contemporary Student Housing facility of 104 rooms, including incredible communal zones such as a Gym, Relaxation Zone, Music Room,etc.
Syllabus will carry out the re-development of this old hospital building into an amazing Student Housing with 250 rooms and Communal Areas such as a Gym, Relaxation Zone, Music Room,etc.
Syllabus will develop this greenfield site to create a Student Housing of 143 rooms in the Historical Center of Malaga, near the river side. The project also comprises a large garden area, a swimming pool and an amazing leisure area on the rooftop.
Syllabus will re-develop this existing iconic building located near the seaside. This asset will comprise 440 rooms and it is the largest of the portfolio.
Syllabus will develop this greenfield site to generate a Student Housing of 260 rooms in the North of Madrid. The project also comprises a large garden area and an amazing leisure area on the rooftop.
